BAL Single Part Fastflex tile adhesive - highly flexible - for floor tiles
Bal Single part fastflex is a highley flexible one-part elastomeric tile adhesive for floors. It has all the product benefits and uses of the 2-part Fast Flex system with the added benefits of being an easier to mix single part solution, can be used to improve tiled floor floor sound reduction.
Classification
BAL SINGLE PART FASTFLEX exceeds the requirements of EN12004 C1S2 adhesive.

- Fast setting – Grout after 5 hours
- Highly frost/water resistant
- For tiling subject to movment and vibration
- Use as isolating, anti fracture underlay for ceramic tiles
- Suitable for most tile types including porcelain
- ‘Go greener’ eco friendly product – use of over 10% of powder using recycled rubber filler
