NEW! Montolit MasterPiuma 125P2 – 125 cm tile cutter for the Professional Tiler
The cutting of large tiles (up to 125cm, or 88cm diagonally) is now longer a problem with this new cutter from Brevetti Montolit
The companies referenced in the production of ceramic tiles according to the latest architectural trends are investing increasing resources in the development of porcelain-size extra, these products originally intended for external cladding for the construction of ventilated walls, are increasingly required even for the paving of large areas leading to an increase in the thickness of materials and a number of difficulties in working, forcing the layers to the use of electric cutters for cutting. Following this development, the Brevetti Montolit updated technically a model cutter manual already very widespread Masterpiuma 125P2. The new version incorporates the technical solutions that characterize the line Masterpiuma P2, then etching with a thrust drive, dual split resistant material in order to make the separation of the tile in an accurate, adjustable goniometric team, tops in spring and steel frame aluminum.
Characteristics typical of this new model which retains the name Masterpiuma 125P2 are:
- dual scroll bar of the holder to ensure the highest accuracy in the delicate phase of engraving
- frame
- cast aluminum which is a composite aluminum and steel to better withstand stresses and enlargement of the surface (reclosable) which joins the existing bar to provide support for a comfortable accommodation to the tile.
- Featuring generous 125×125 cm cutting dimensions (88×88 cm diagonal).
- The machine keeps weight down to 27 kg and dimensions that make it compatible, however, easily transportable by a single operator.
- The new cutter is now available on the market, (Ed: we haven’t yet found a UK supplier – come on UK) but a long header field represents the state of the cutting of large format ceramic tiles also of considerable thickness.
