Seal & Shine, from Genesis Floorcare, is a tough and durable surface sealer. Ideal for use on terracotta, slate, sandstone, limestone, quartzite, terrazzo, cement, and vinyl tiles. Seal & Shine is easy to apply and will dry quickly to a gloss finish.
Not suitable for use on areas where water could cause slippery conditions such as around pools, Jacuzzis, etc.

How to Use
Ensure that the tile is clean and free from grout, cement, oil, wax and other stains (clean with the correct Genesis floor care product if necessary).
Ensure that the tile is dry enough to accept the sealer (wait approx 8 hours after cleaning). Using a suitable applicator apply a liberal coat of Seal and Shine. Do not allow pooling. Wait approx 4 hours for the coat to dry. Apply a second or third coat if necessary. Overcoat with Maxi Shine (interior only).
Tips
Do not use paint rollers. Use a lint free cloth, sheepskin applicator or a Paint pad to apply Seal and Shine. Do not apply while the floor is still damp. Allow 10 – 14 days after laying the tile before sealing. Presealing is only recommended for cement tiles. Do not apply in direct sunlight.
