BAL Quickset Render – preparation for walls

BAL Quickset Render is a pre-blended rapid setting, single component polymer modified cement: sand mortar suitable for use as a render prior to the application of a variety of ceramic or natural stone tiling.

May also be used for effecting patch repairs to existing cement: sand renders. For use internally or externally. Tiling may be carried out 2 hours after application at 20°C.

Use For

• most substrates
• dry/wet – interior/exterior

Coverage

Dependant upon the nature and flatness of the substrate and thickness of the render, 1.56 kg of BAL Quickset Render per m2, per mm thickness i.e. 20kg of BAL Quickset Render will cover approximately 2.5 m2 at 5mm.
